This post is all about the best Podcasts for Women in their 20s
Whether you are cleaning your house, putting away laundry, cooking dinner, getting ready, or on a drive, these seven guilty pleasure podcasts for women will give you that daily source of inspiration and motivation.
Podcasts have been an instant hit, and I think it’s due to three things: accessibility, multi-task friendly, and community interaction.
Listening to a podcast is easily accessible. Podcasts are free, and most phones have the app to download. If you’ve never downloaded the Podcast app, it’s time to do that now.
Podcasts are also multi-tasking friendly because you’re most likely doing something as you listen. My favorite time to listen to a podcast is on a walk or while making dinner.
Lastly, the community that some of these hosts have built around their podcasts is incredible. You feel an instant connection with others who listen to the same Podcast. Start joining Facebook groups from the Podcast or finding friends through the comments of their social media.

Podcasts for self improvement:
The Skinny Confidential Him & Her
As many may know, from The Skinny Confidential, Lauryn Evarts created a podcast with her husband, Michael. Michael’s entrepreneurial background and Lauryn’s wellness, beauty, and lifestyle tips are a perfect combination to bring to a podcast. Not only do the two of them have great chemistry on the Podcast, but the guests they bring on are some of the best experts and leaders in the world.
I look forward to their new episodes each week, but if you’re getting into this Podcast, check out episode #371 with Robert Greene on the “Art of Seduction” and #348, “A Career Change with Mgean DiVincenzo.”
Dear Gabby
Gabby Bernstein is a New York Times bestselling author and international speaker. Her books have changed millions of lives, and she coaches people one-on-one to get in a better mood and feel good. Throw on Dear Gabby at any time of the day for an instant mood booster. Her episodes feature real-time coaching and Q&A sessions. Gabby’s love for her readers and audience is BIG and inspiring. I recommend listening to “How to Practice Good Feeling Thoughts to Attract Your Desires” and “Become the Happiest Person You know.”
Almost 30
Krista Williams and Lindsey Simcik bring new episodes each week to their millions of listeners around the world. Conversations include spirituality, entrepreneurship, self-development, and health & wellness. Their guests are people from all walks of life who encourage healing and growth. Some of my favorite guests have been Kelly LeVeque, Sophia Amoruso, and Ramit Sethi. Jump right into an episode, but if you’d like to get a sense of what they are about, these ladies have included an Almost 30 Trailer to get the gist before subscribing.
Business Podcasts
Goal Digger
The Goal Digger Podcast was one of the first podcasts I listened to and fell in love with. It reminds me of my time before creating this blog and feeling lost with business. The host, Jenna, is that girl next door that everyone wants to be friends with. She’s built an empire, and it all started with selling a $300 camera on Craigslist. The Goal Digger podcast is the ultimate place to grab that little encouragement you need at any moment of the day. The conversations are natural, raw, and organic. Listen to one episode, and you’ll feel like you can achieve anything you want.
The Influencer Podcast
You’ve probably seen Julie Solomon pop up on your Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube, but have you ever really listened to watch she has to say? If that’s a no, then listen up! Julie’s Podcast is one of the best resources to elevate your business success. She is the queen of branding, influence, and marketing, and her podcasts take you on the ultimate business journey. For career women in their 20’s, this Podcast is for you. Listen to everything from side hustles, time management, branding, and more. One of my favorite episodes is “$90K In Six Months, This is How She Did It.” Podcasts are updated every week, so you will never run out of content.
Podcasts with stories:
What We Said
Best friends Jaci Marie and Chelsey Jade are the girly duos you never knew you needed. Their weekly podcast episodes are incredibly entertaining, with stories from their friends and fans’ – some are unexpected. Expect topics on relationships, business, health, and life in general. Some of my favorite episodes include “I Grabbed Coffee With Kylie Jenner,” “2000’s Pop Culture Trivia” (I love this throwback), and “How to Stop Doubting Yourself + STRANGE LA Interactions.” Scroll through their episodes, and there will be one that stands out to you. Both Jaci and Chelsey are so easy to listen to and give me that BFF advice I need.
Off The Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe
Former Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe leaves no stone unturned in her wine-filled podcast episodes. You are updated weekly for those unfiltered, taboo topics we all need sometimes.
Off The Vine is an excellent podcast for the ladies whenever you need a good laugh, advice, and a break from the day. If you’re a fan of the Bachelor franchise, prepare for many recaps with former contestants.
There are many great episodes to start with, but personal favorites include “Colleen Hoover: Imposter Syndrome” and “Lisa Donovan: Astrology is the Blue Print Of Your Life.”
