Pinterest Worthy Fall Cocktails

Fall is here, and the holiday cheer is near. How cheesy was that? 🙂

In all seriousness, what better way to celebrate this time of year than with fall cocktails?

This Las Vegas Cocktail book has many fall cocktails and of course, all the winter-inspired drinks to keep you entertained and *quenched* this holiday season. Be sure to grab yourself a copy online or in stores.

The holidays have the best season drink options and there are endless fall cocktails recipes!

If you’re a pumpkin spice gal like us, we can be friends!

This cocktail and the many other recipes from the Las Vegas Cocktail book will have you looking like a professional bartender in no time for your holiday parties. Plus, any Las Vegas fans will be happy to know that this drink is from a famous bar on the Las Vegas Strip.

What makes these fall cocktails popular is that they are easy, simple, and delicious. Only a few ingredients are necessary, so don’t worry about running around town grabbing anything. I can bet you probably have most of these cocktail ingredients lying around.

If you’re looking to make this cocktail virgin, nix the whiskey and substitute it with apple juice – you’ll still have a fantastic cocktail that is perfect for every guest.

This Fall Cocktails recipe is called The Apple Pie Harvest, and it can be found at Oak & Ivy in Downtown Las Vegas. They have so many incredible cocktails on their menu, but this recipe I fell in love with.

If you’re looking up Pinterest-worthy cocktails for Thanksgiving, this is it.

The Apple Pie Harvest

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Whiskey

3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice

3/4 oz. simple syrup

3 dashes of apple bitters

3/4 oz. egg white

Apple and brown sugar for garnish

Many people worry about an egg white in cocktails, but it’s similar to whipping up egg whites for meringue. It’s safe to drink, but be sure to use the dry shake method (no ice) and a wet shake (with ice).

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (no ice) to fluff the egg white and combine all the ingredients.

Next, add ice to chill the cocktail.

Strain the cocktail over ice into a glass.

Broil the slice of apple with sugar and butter – I put mine in a pan with butter and brown sugar and it works great.

There you have it. It is an easy cocktail, and it’s perfect for Thanksgiving. No judgment if you drink this year-round – it’s good!

Cheers and Happy Holidays!

Recipes for fall cocktails are in the book, Las Vegas Cocktails so grab your copy today or gift it to a friend.
