Sadelle’s brunch is a go-to in Las Vegas.
Sadelle’s has been featured in Harper’s Bazaar, the New York Times, Eater NY, the Wall Street Journal, and InStyle.com. Not to mention, they are all over people’s Instagram accounts with famous bagels and sticky buns.
Make a reservation because the line is miles long. The wait can be around 45 minutes.
Let’s talk about the food
The three-tiered serving platter of fish and bagels is seen all over instagram.
The bagels come on a wooden peg with fresh fish on the platter. All fish selected platters are served with bagels, cucumbers, tomatoes, and capers.
Of course, the bagel selection is amazing and comes with all the popular flavors – plain, everything, sesame, poppy seed, salt & pepper, pumpernickel, and cinnamon raisin.
What we ordered…
First, we started with the platter of bagels and fish. Then, we made our way to pancakes, sticky buns, drinks, and the other random side dishes we ordered.
Prepare to see many people snapping photos of the food and atmosphere around. Everything is very Instagram-able with its light pink, green, and blue aesthetic.
The good news about Sadelle’s is that they open at 6 a.m. If you’re worried about the lines being long, get here early.
Also, their sticky buns sell out fast.
Directions & Location
The parking garage is very close to the entrance of the restaurant.
From the hotel lobby, you will want to make the lobby on your left-hand side and face the conservatory. Sadelle’s is located on the right-hand pathway with a big sign that says, Sadelle’s.
Of course, visit the lobby for the beautiful Chihuly glass exhibit once you’ve finished eating.
I highly recommend Sadelle’s if this is your first time visiting Las Vegas.
Their food has been featured in many well-known publications for a reason and their items do not disappoint. They say if you come to Sadelle’s you build a tower.
You will see a pastry cart at your table with items such as bear claws, babka, and raspberry rugelach (if requested).
To conclude, your Jewish bubbe will be very impressed with this selection.
